Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify for the UAE Golden Visa if you meet any of the following:
Salary-Based Requirements
Minimum monthly salary of AED 30,000
Held a Director, General Manager, or Board Chairman role for at least 4 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Property Investor Requirements
Own property in the UAE valued at AED 2 million or more
Mortgaged properties also qualify if your equity is at least AED 2 million
Investment-Based Requirements
Fixed deposit of AED 2 million in a UAE bank for a minimum of two years
